On January 10, 2011 the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Foreign Trade Commission had a meeting to discuss ways of increasing trade activities.  During the meeting SBDCGlobal.com was discussed as an example of how small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Mexico and the United States are obtaining international business assistance.  SBDCGlobal.com is currently being examined by Canada as a potential resource for their SMEs as well.  It’s clear that SBDCGlobal.com is going to play an important role in helping the small businesses of North America take advantage of the trade opportunities created by NAFTA.
